Landlord does not respond when you have booked a viewing.
You have booked an appointment to view a property, and you have not received any contact from the landlord. Our initial advice would be as follows:
- Check the property is still being advertised as it may be that the landlord has already accepted an offer.
- Check that you have the correct mobile number and email address which should be located on the Homes2rent site. You can contact the landlord by sending them a text, email, giving them a call. We would recommend always giving the landlord 24 hours to respond.
- If you still haven't had any reply, call one of our team at Homes2Rent on 0161 524 1990 or email us on enquiries@homes2rent.org.uk and we should be able to contact the landlord on your behalf.
