No, the service can only be used to notify your landlord that a payment has been made.
It can also be used so you can see where you are with your rent. If you log into your account the first page you see is your dashboard and this shows your tenancy information including your rent payment schedule
It should show the date of the month the rent is due and also a monthly overview.
If you click on the "pay now " button , it provides you with the following information.
You can complete this so that the landlord receives confirmation that your rent money is on its way.
If you are unable to pay your landlord , then we advise that you get in touch with them as soon as possible to discuss.
